A deposit is required in order to book and confirm your appointment with Raluca. The deposit is to ensure you are serious about booking your appointment. It will be deducted from the total amount owed.

A minimum of 48-hour notice is required to reschedule your appointment without penalty. You are allowed to transfer your deposit to a rescheduled time no more than twice. All deposits are non-refundable. Failure to show up to your scheduled appointment will result in forfeiture of your deposit.

Please contact us at +14249998586 immediately if you are going to be late for your appointment. Being more than 15 minutes late may result in the forfeiture of your deposit and the cancellation of your appointment. A new deposit will be required to rebook a new appointment time.
